Automation of Salad Bowls Factory

This client is a leading salad company in the UK, with a £200m turnover, supplying bagged salad and bowls to Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda and Morrisons.

One of their sites was heavily reliant on people to produce salad bowls for the UK market so we reviewed the entire site operation and designed an automated solution, to be installed over a period of 18 months, to replace the manual lines and convert the manual operations into the most efficient automated operations.

We worked with the Executive team to develop a business capital sanction proposal including  detailed installation plan, working with the site management team and the equipment suppliers to test the solutions.
