Site Rationalisation for a Food business
This business is a single site multiple food factory business. The business was going through a major turnaround to become more agile, forward looking and improve profitability
We supported them as part of wider team to analyse all of their current operations and site facilities, equipment and buildings. The goal was to reduce the cost of key business activities like production, storage and movement of goods and products on and off site. We reviewed all key activities and came up with a number of options and presented them to executive leadership team for feedback. Options included savings, cost of implementation and timeline to deliver and fit with overall strategy.
The final agreed option included site layout drawings, estimated cost of implementation, implementation period and savings.
